Outside of work, she enjoys golfing, traveling, and spending time with her two kids, Jenny and Sam. Fun fact: Lisa is a 2x National Enduro Champion and speaks German as her first language.

After working as a lead project manager for a custom home builder, she partnered with Lisa in 2019 to co-found their women-owned construction company. In her free time, Kristy enjoys traveling, anything outdoors, and playing pickleball and ultimate frisbee. She lives in South Austin with her husband, Travis, their two kids, Connor & Reagan, and their Goldendoodle, Cooper.
Gregg was raised down the road in Dripping Springs, TX. He graduated from Texas State University with a degree in Exercise & Sports Science. He worked as a teacher for 5 years before deciding he needed a career change to something more hands-on with new challenges - what better than construction! Gregg and his wife, Allie, are the proud parents of a cutie rescue lab named Gibson and 2 rescue cats named Toulouse and Arpeggio! Gregg’s favorite pastimes are anything outdoors, carpentry, cooking, and ‘attempting’ to play music with friends.
Sandra has a knack for building great relationships with clients and vendors, making every project run smoother. She’s the go-to person for managing permits and handling product procurement, keeping things organized behind the scenes. With her upbeat attitude, Sandra keeps communication clear and helps the team stay productive. Clients know they can count on her for support and answers whenever they need them.
With over 25 years in the construction industry, Ben has had the opportunity to work in a large range of roles, each one adding to his deep appreciation for the craft. As our Lead Estimator, he brings a sharp eye and steady hand to every project, especially when it comes to the unique challenges of remodels and additions. He thrives on the surprises, the problem-solving, and the creativity that make each home different.
Outside of work, Ben enjoys spending time with his wife, Jamie, and their two sons, Jacob and Brady. He’s an avid traveler, golfer, and keeps active with regular workouts.
Steve’s roots in hard work run deep. He grew up on a dairy farm in New England and went on to own and operate his own dairy farm with his wife, Angela, raising four kids along the way. After transitioning from agriculture to residential construction, he’s spent the last 15+ in the home building industry with the same dedication and grit. As a Project Manager, Steve brings a calm, steady presence to the jobsite and a deep respect for doing things right with the utmost detail.
When he’s not working, you’ll likely find him outdoors with his family, fishing, hiking, or hunting.
Originally from McAllen, Texas, Javier has called Austin home for the past six years. With a bachelor’s degree from UTRGV and a master’s from UTEP, he found his stride in the construction industry where his love for problem-solving and figuring out how things work comes to life. Whether managing timelines or watching a build take shape from the plans, Javier brings curiosity, focus, and a hands-on approach to every phase of the process.
Outside of work, he’s usually planning his next travel adventure or hanging out with his husky sidekick, Trip.
