This initial conversation is a dedicated, one-on-one consultation with our founder, Lisa Doris. Building on the details from your questionnaire, we will explore your vision in greater depth, listen to your goals, and answer your specific questions.

The purpose of this call is to establish a genuine connection and confirm a mutual fit. We will walk you through our unique Design-Build approach and discuss potential next steps. This is a creative, collaborative dialogue, not a sales pitch, designed to give you clarity and confidence as you consider your project.

Following our initial call, we’ll meet with you at your home to walk through the space, discuss your priorities, and better understand what you want to accomplish.

During the visit, we’ll review the layout and visible existing conditions and discuss any structural, plumbing, or electrical considerations that may affect the project. This helps us identify potential challenges, clarify the scope, and prepare a realistic preliminary budget based on your home and project goals.

We believe a budget should be a conversation, not just a number. We’ll meet with you in your home to walk through the proposed scope, review the budget range, and explain the key cost drivers while looking at the spaces involved.

We’ll also explain our fixed-price approach and clearly defined allowances, answer your questions, and discuss options that may affect the overall investment. This in-person review gives you a clear understanding of what is included and how thoughtful planning helps reduce surprises before construction begins.
